I have been going to sports clips in the foothills for years and have seen the managers and stylist come and go. This foothills store is always hard to get into. This morning I made an appoint for 12:35 pm with the first available stylist. The stylists of the day is Jeanie or Lisette. When I got to the store the smart mouth kid at the desk said I was not on the list and said maybe I made an appointment for another store. I reminded him that the stylist was Jeanie and Lisette, the stylist at the store I was at. I inquired about why I was removed from the list. The kids smart mouth attitude responded that I could sign up again and make another appointment, insinuating that I am trying to get a walk in appointment. The kid at the desk is privileged because he is the manager's son (Jeanie), and his attitude is not the best. I will no longer go another Sports Clips ever again. Do not contact me.

I always have a great experience at sports clips. Araceli is always very professional and she makes the whole experience enjoyable.
