I called to inquire about if an apt was necessary or if we could just walk in. The gentleman who answered the phone (12/31/20) Was very rude. He basically said to check in online and then promptly hung up the phone without another word. I will never give this store my business.

Just a all day trip wait is to long when I walked in the sports where on game shows! not at all what I expected ! I waited so long only to find out I was suppose to my name on list!! I will never come here! If you have all day to wait , this is your place!!

I give five stars cause your stylist are amazing!! However your wait times are long but worth it maybe if you put more then two employees working Wait times wouldn’t be so bad ! I’ve come in a different times and by close to closing time these girls look so tired and exhausted but yet they continue to smile try scheduling more stylist
